Revealing Your Subconscious Patterns

Hidden Subconscious Patterns

Limiting beliefs reside in our subconscious mind, affecting our thoughts and actions without our conscious awareness. This section explores the ways in which the subconscious communicates with us and how it forms limiting beliefs through “If-Then” conclusions. By understanding and uncovering these beliefs, we can work towards overcoming them to achieve our goals and create a more positive reality.

Understanding Subconscious Communication:

  1. The subconscious communicates through various channels, such as:
    • Mental images
    • Internal thoughts
    • Memories
    • Emotions
    • Songs
    • Gut reactions
  2. Subconscious beliefs are formed as rules or limitations based on “If-Then” conclusions.

Exploring the Power of Subconscious Beliefs: • The belief guiding this activity is that our current reality is a product of our subconscious beliefs.

Uncovering Limiting Beliefs Exercise:

  1. Think of a goal you want to work on.
  2. Find a quiet space, lean forward, shield your eyes with your hand, close your eyes, and focus on your heart region.
  3. State your issue or goal with emotion and feeling, and wait for an image, words, or an experience to emerge.
  4. Be patient and don’t force an experience; simply allow something to happen.
  5. Some may encounter darkness or nothingness, indicating unfamiliarity with accessing the subconscious.
  6. The image or experience that emerges represents the subconscious representation of the problem.
    • A positive experience suggests it may not be the primary issue.
    • A negative or tense experience signals a potential limiting belief.
  7. Now, say to yourself, “I already have (state your goal),” and wait for another image or experience.
  8. Ask yourself what confuses you or feels wrong about the image or experience.
    • For instance, envision sitting in your dream car with people who seem shallow and insincere, or being alone.
  9. Form this confusion or negativity into a statement: “If I have (your goal), then (state the experience as a result).”
    • Example: “If I get a new car, people will only be my friend because they want a ride.”

Discovering limiting beliefs is an essential step towards personal growth and achieving our desired outcomes. By delving into our subconscious communication and uncovering the hidden beliefs that shape our reality, we can work on changing them to create a more empowering and fulfilling life.
